Town Center is the town center of Red Falls, Colorado . It has one of those roundabout intersections with a park inside it. Hanging on tree in the park is Mandy Winslow, who was hung to death for being a witch a "bringing" back the dead. However here executioners can also be found all over the park in the center square, having died of massive radiation burns, this is later proven to be from a Purity controlled Sheriff Bud Smith. It was destroyed with the rest of Red Falls by the U.S. Government to prevent the spread of zombies.
