The Rolling Hills Nuclear Power Plant was a nuclear facility in Phoenix, Arizona.
In 1998, a long-clawed alien traveled sixty miles to reach the plant, where it planned to complete the final stage of its molting process. Looking for somewhere warm to molt, it swam to the bottom of a cooling rod pool, where it transformed into a Grey alien. Gibson Praise was a witness to this event. (TXF: "The Beginning")
