Phyllis Paddock (played by Susan Blommaert) was a woman who posed as a substitute teacher at Crowley High School in Milford Haven, New Hampshire, where she led a sect of devil worshippers and engaged in witchcraft. She killed numerous people, including all of her fellow worshippers to keep their existence a secret.
