Pat Verlander

Pat Verlander (played by Debra Christofferson) was a resident of The Falls at Arcadia who took it upon herself to act as the neighborhood welcomer. She welcomed Rob and Laura Petrie in an effort to, more or less, spy on them. She promptly reported her findings to Gene Gogolak and Win Shroeder. When Rob attempted to put a "reflecting pool" in his yard, she was the most vocal opponent despite their being no rule against it. (TXF: "Arcadia")
