Yeah, there are plenty. I guess if said actor appears in just one episode, but it just depends, I'd say remove all the minor actors, ones truly the ones credited in the end credits.
I'm currently working on the DVD and Blu Ray pages, that we talked about months ago doing. I don't think creating pages for Blu-Ray separarely is necessairly, better to just have all the seasons as Season 1 DVD and Blu Ray, and then so on.
Right now, just sorting the DVD stuff with release dates for region 2 and 4.
Exactly. :) Pretty useless really keeping the really minor ones. Even if some minor actors played multiple characters on X-Files, which happened many times, I'd let that be noted down in the trivia for the episodes.
166 consecutive days of making at least one edit! I know I haven't made any significant contributions at all lately but I really wanna get the 'A Wiki Life' badge :P. I have a list of pages saved that I'm going to mass edit actually so I will do those soon
Hey Mech, I used JWB because I was unable to sign up for an account on wikipedia (which is required for AWB). Last time I checked my IP address had been blocked from making edits or registering an account. I'm guessing someone with a nearby IP address had been blocked, so perhaps a range of similar IP addresses had been blocked as well. I couldn't be bothered to go through the process of contesting the block, so I just used JWB instead.
Thanks for link! I've downloaded it, but no clue how to sign in :P - I went to options > prefernces, clicked on the 'Site' tab and selected wikia under the project section. Entered this domain but says it can't connect
Also do most of these songs need pages, you can just include them in the actual episode pages with a music heading under background information for some of the popular ones like wonderful wonderful or purple rain. I don't even know if it is needed.
Lots of those pages might just make better notes on episode pages for trivia or such or direct also people to another site or wiki page for said music. What do you think?
Hey, sorry I've been really inactive lately - been busy with stuff. I contributed a bit yesterday I think? (I can't even remember if it was earlier today or yesterday haha) but I will be back in the groove properly shortly :D
I haven't watched much X-Files lately though - still haven't finished season 6 (on last few episodes). Even though I haven't seen season 7 onwards yet, I feel like it's a different show from what made me fall in love with the early seasons, enough to say it's my favorite show ever (I think X-Files was at its greatest from The Pilot up until Paper Clip).
Hey, sorry for late reply! Ah well the last edits I done were really boring :P grammar corrections. I think there's quite a lot of grammar mistakes on this wiki!
Hmm I'm not really sure, is it worth making a background information category? Not all pages require a background information tab, only those which have large amounts of information on them. It was mainly season one, but some of season 2 and maybe an episode from season 3 and 4 have them as well.
Hello there! I literally just created an account to leave this message. I just wanted to say thanks for your contributions to this wiki. One thing I like doing after watching an episode is to read about it on this wiki, to read the trivia, production notes etc, interesting facts etc. And all the time I see that you are editing some pages on the recent activity tab and I find that actually amazing. I imagine it takes huge amounts of time and dedication for updating, editing and other kinds of stuff. So thanks for your fantastic work and just wanted to let you know that what you and the other contributors are doing is much appreciated. I think it's truly awesome. You are doing God's work.
Hey there, fellow X-Phile! Thanks for the kind words :) I appreciate it a lot!
I love contributing to this wiki and trying to improve it, although I hope you don't get the wrong idea about how much effort the recent edits I've done have actually been :P. The majority of edits as of late have been done through a few programs that make editing much more efficient and easier. I don't usually edit each article page one by one, although I do sometimes have to do analyze pages manually and make several small edits which can take a long time and get a bit boring.
If you would ever like to help contribute here you're always welcome to of course :)
