Marty Fox was a surveyor sent to the Leon County woods to conduct surveys.
Biography[]
Fox and his colleague Michael Sloan were conducting surveys with equipment in the Leon County woods for a real estate agency that wanted to build luxury buildings nearby. Fox didn't understand why Sloan was making fun of the forest that was about to be destroyed. Suddenly, as Sloan steadied his tripod, it disappeared and Fox saw silhouettes running towards him. He ran and hid behind a tree trunk but was caught off guard when one of the creatures appeared right next to him and killed him as he tried to flee. (TXF: "Detour")
