Lee Harvey Oswald, from Wikipedia. On "Musings of a Cigarette Smoking Man", he is played by Morgan Weisser

Lee Harvey Oswald (October 18, 1939 – November 24, 1963) was, according to five US government investigations, the assassin of US President John F. Kennedy. However, one episode implies that Oswald was innocent, a scapegoat used so that the real assassin, the Cigarette Smoking Man, would go unseen. Oswald was shot by Jack Ruby while leaving a police station on national television two days after Kennedy's death.

Melvin Frohike obtained information that implicated the CSM in the assassination, having been recruited by General Francis and setting up Oswald as the fall guy. Oswald, who disapproved of JFK, was to have obtained the gun from CSM, set it up in the library, but went to get a drink when the shot was fired. Oswald realized he was being set up and tried to flee the scene, but a policeman approached him on the street and Oswald shot him in nervousness. He ducked into a movie theater to meet the CSM, but could not find him. Police entered instead, found him and arrested him. (TXF: "Musings of a Cigarette Smoking Man")

The hacker Lois Runtz always uses anagrams of the name 'Lee Harvery Oswald' when providing an alias. The most common being 'Yves Adele Harlow'.
