Kenneth Orgel was a physicist and advisor to a senate subcommittee on new technologies.
Orgel entered the FBI building in Washington, D.C. with the intention of meeting with Walter Skinner, but only asked him the time. He later went home where men with the Tunisia diplomatic delegation met him. While they were there, Skinner and Fox Mulder knocked at his door, asking to talk, but Orgel feigned ignorance of who they were. When the two tried to break in, the thugs shot at them and took Orgel away by car.
Orgel was then used by Alex Krycek as a demonstration of the nanobot virus for Richard Matheson. Krycek killed him. (TXF: "S.R. 819")
