Cissy Alvarez (played by Robert LaSardo) was a criminal who served time in prison in 1992.
Discovery and Placement[]
He made life a living hell for his cell mate, Billy LaBonge. In 2000, Herman Pinchbeck and LaBonge orchestrated an elaborate bank robbery that successfully framed Alvarez. Alvarez also apparently made a cameo appearance in TLG: "Maximum Byers" when Byers & Jimmy were posing as undercover prisoners to release a prisoner they believed was innocent. He apparently occupied the cell opposite theirs. (TXF: "The Amazing Maleeni")
