COPS is a U.S. "fly on the wall"-style documentary television show. In 2000, it aired on the Fox network, immediately before America's Most Wanted. Typically the show follows a U.S. policeman or law enforcement team around in pursuit of their regular day-to-day duties, witnessing them capture criminals and assist victims and such.
