Brian Roedecker was a computer specialist associated with the Millennium Group. He set up the new Millennium Group security protocols to Frank Black's computer, with voice identification: "Soylent green is people." (MM: "The Beginning & the End") Later, he helped Frank Black and Peter Watts track down a serial killer calling himself the Avatar. (MM: "The Mikado") Sometime before the Marburg Virus outbreak, he was fired from the Millennium Group.
