Bo Merkle (played by Keith Brunsmann) was a former associate and friend of Wilson Pinker Rawls. After Pinker was sent to the Stringer Prison Farm in 1992, Bo briefly married June Gurwitch and took possession of Rawls home at 922 Washington Avenue in Jackson, Mississippi. June left him in 1995. Upon returning to his home April 1999, less than a day after Pinker's prison escape, he found Pinker rummaging through his belongings looking for something. He lets Pinker know he has been all over the news, and tries to talk Pinker down. Rawls, unenthused, tells Bo that he wants what's his. Bo then tries to feign helping Pinker by trying to look for June's address, in reality going for his 9mm. Pulling the gun, he threatens Pinker, only for Pinker to taunt him, Bo tries to shoot Pinker several times, bullets connecting but no harm done. Pinker then overwhelms Bo, burning his face off with his bare hands. (TXF: "Trevor")
