Billy
Billy (played by Chip Fogleman) was a young man in punk clothing who had lousy luck with the lottery. Henry Weems bought a lottery ticket and easily won $100,000.00, but he could not wait for the money to be divvied out over a year so he threw the ticket away. Billy made a grab for it, but the store owner, Maurice Albert, insisted that trash was store property. Billy snagged the ticket and ran outside, despite protests from Weems that something bad would inevitably happen if he did. Sure enough, as soon as he ran outside, Billy was hit by a truck but survived. (TXF: "The Goldberg Variation")
