Alexander Lazreg was a thug and part of a diplomatic mission.
In 1998, Lazreg was part of a group that forced Kenneth Orgel to work for them. They intercepted him at his house when Walter Skinner and Fox Mulder arrived to question Orgel. Orgel tried to talk them away, but they tried to break in anyway. Lazreg shot at Mulder but was captured by the two. When Skinner read his passport, however, he let Lazreg go.
Skinner later followed Lazreg only to see him get run over by who he would later realize was Alex Krycek. (TXF: "S.R. 819")
