Maybe the Myth arc is really went over my head, but what really is the point of this entire plot of this episode? Through Haskell, they (whoever they are) purposely revealed to Scully about abductees pregnancies resulted in alien babies? But why?
They already got Scully under control through her doctor (Parenti). If she gave birth and they decided to steal the baby or swap it or whatever, their plan would be easy. So what is the point on making Scully knew about the bigger conspiracy?? She didn't even know about the letters Haskell sent, or even about the other pregnancies. After events in One Son, she practically thought the file is closed. Why lure her back into it?
I know the Samantha retcon episode is bad, but this might be the worst plot in the arc.
P.S: I haven't finish the series, so I might barking for no reason and this episode plot actually build to something. idk. it's 2 AM and i make this account just to rant goddamit.

If it's really a reboot, then that means it's a franchise revamp, without Duchovny, Anderson, or any of the other stars we've seen in the franchise. No one can ever really replace them, but it should be interesting nonetheless.
As every X-Phile knows that today is Gillian's birthday and David's was Wednesday.
Thinking about cracking open some sunflower seeds and watching an episode or a few.
Definitely watching "Pilot", "All Things", "The Unnatural", "Never Again" and "The Field Where I Died".

Special Agent and skeptic Dana Katherine Scully on The X-Files and the 1998 film "The X-Files- Fight The Future" and 2008's "The X-Files- I Want To Believe". She's been nominated for an Emmy for the role three times and winning once.
She also wrote and directed an episode titled "All Things".
After The X-Files, she has been on the stage, done movies and more television shows and winning awards for her accomplishment.

Mulder wakes up in his hospital bed a little while later to see a famaliar woman at his bedside
” Fox!
She stands up
” who are you? Mulder asks
the woman scoffs “ you know who I am”
Mulder Shakes his head “ no youre
” if I was dead then how did I talk to you at that diner?
Mulder is stunned
” that was really you?
Samantha nods
” I was so happy to see you”
” but he was right outside”
” I didn’t know what he would do”
” I was trying to protect you”
Mulder On the verge of tears asks
” do you have kids?
She shakes her head
” no
” but I have a whole other family”
” I was adopted”
” I go by Lucy now”
Samantha Holds her brothers hand
“ I thought I’d lost you Fox”
” I know we’re basically strangers”
” but you’re my brother”
” and I love you so much”
” this isn’t worth it”
” shut down your science project please!
Skinner then comes in the room
Mulder?
Samantha smiles
” I should go”
She leaves
SKInner then Approaches. Mulders bed and hugs him
